Born and educated in London, Joseph established one of the world's leading companies for recycling toner cartridges, and later founded a multi-million GBP London real estate investment company. He has also founded and directed a number of successful businesses within the fields of information technology, real estate, music, fashion, and textile. Throughout his life Joseph was a musician/entertainer and has an acute taste for beauty, style and international party sceene.

After completing his social sicence studies, Aljoša begun acquiring initial work experience at local media houses, but soon landed the role of the health & beauty editor at Men's Health magazine in Ljubljana. He was then entrusted additional roles as editor of the men's health portal and executive editor of Magnet (style supplement to Elle, Men's Health and Playboy magazines). Aljioša then followed with a number of fashion projects within a private partnership Studio 54, where he collaborated with leading local and international bands.

Martin begun his career as a sales representative at the on-line portal Najdi.si, then joined the advertising agency Pristop in the roll of an event manager. After completing university for organisational science he partnered in a brand building & consulting agency Ubrani, where he gathered valuable experience in the field of marketing and event management. Amongst other things Martin is a co-owner of Danza Macabra Records and a member of the audio-visual project Danza Macabra.
